Good news... Select Your Health offers a Weight Management Program that is perfect for you!

Select Your Health Weight Management promotes health lifestyle choices. Individual nurse coaches help participants adopt a healthy approach to diet and exercise.

Using nationally recognized tools, our weight management program assists participants with meeting their healthy weight goals by tailoring the program to the individual.

Whether participants access our weight management program as part of our Select Your Health program or as part of our self-pay program, all participants receive the benefit of this multi-disciplinary approach to weight management.

Participants receive:

Individualized treatment plan and support
Nutritional counseling
Meal planning assistance
Weekly coaching from nurses, by telephone or in person, certified in nutrition and wellness
Walking programs
Access to dieticians and fitness experts
Access to behavioral counseling
Discounts at health and fitness centers
Weekly group weight management education classes

Program Pricing

Enrollment Fee	$50.00
Monthly Fee	$70.00
*Advantage Health Solutions Members - No enrollment fee and only $25.00/month. Monthly fee waived after six months of active participation or when goal weight is reached, whichever comes first.

Pro Health Fitness & Wellness Center All Select Your Health Weight Management participants may choose between two program options. Both options include blood pressure & body fat analysis.
