Select Your Health Rewards Select Your Health participants earn rewards while participating in the program, through an incentive program called R.A.C.E. to Health. 
R - ResponsibilityA - Accountability C - Commitment E - Excellence Select Your Health nurses assist participants in setting appropriate and achievable goals for improving their health. By making positive lifestyle changes to meet established goals, the Rewards program gives participants even more reason to succeed. Rewards are achieved through active participation in the program over time. All enrollees receive a pedometer to help them start on an exercise program. Following enrollment, rewards are achieved every few months. To make it to the finish line, participants must remain active in the program and be moving toward their goals.
