The Select Your Health program promotes enhanced health through education, increased member accountability and self-care, and collaboration with physicians and other health care providers. Improved health and wellness results in decreased utilization of health care services, especially emergency and urgent services. Employees frequently report increased perceived wellness, increased satisfaction and decreased missed workdays.

Participants in the Select Your Health program may have multiple medical conditions and a variety of health concerns. While participating in the program, members engage in activities to improve their health while learning skills that lead to lifetime lifestyle changes. These positive changes lead to improved utilization outcomes and lower costs.
